feat: share Detective evaluation and lifecycle across local and cloud (#361) Detective evaluation and Case lifecycle previously lived in the local CLI, preventing the hosted product from sharing their behavior. Add a platform-neutral `pkg/detective` domain, recursive catalog loader, evaluator, lifecycle operations, and persistence/transaction ports for both local and cloud adapters. The package retains separate execution status, evidence/validation outcome, severity and unavailable-source policy. It validates transitive references, records complete definition snapshots, preserves incomplete evidence, and reserves server-owned lifecycle/execution events. Adapters remain responsible for verified authorization, persistence and query execution. Validation: `go test ./pkg/detective -coverprofile=...` passed (61.3% package statement coverage); focused vet and managed hooks passed in the implementation lane. Independent adversarial review is pending at source `2828d6cb0`. This is the shared provider foundation; the full hosted product journey is a separate required integration gate. Source commits: - 2828d6cb0721 Add shared Detective model evaluator and lifecycle - 0b933b27145f Support exact execution validator correlation - 91e835a2d254 Harden detective evidence and scenario receipts - de6afeff4fd0 Preserve child validator failure across step policies - df9f912344f9 lint: resolve Detective staticcheck findings separately - 6f2968b95c7b test: cover Detective and legacy query revision boundaries - 1c8c1700baf2 fix: reject unhashable scoped Detective operations Pull request: datatug/datatug-core#361 Review: /private/tmp/detective-root-01a1348b/core-review-final.md
