build: replace vite-tsconfig-paths with native resolve.tsconfigPaths (#139)

- Use Vite 8's built-in `resolve.tsconfigPaths` in vitest config
- Remove `vite-tsconfig-paths` dev dependency
- Override `vite` to ^8.3.4 so vitest uses Vite 8
- Add root package name to keep package-lock.json stable across checkouts
- Bump lerna range to ^10.1.0
