Integration test classes to stop inheriting from `IBMTestCase` and `IBMIntegrationTestCase` (#3476)

### Summary

Test classes are there only for grouping tests. This PR excludes
inheritance from `IBMIntegrationJobTestCase`, which is addressed in
#3473.

Other PRs will take care of decorators and typing.
