✨ --commit/--push: self-commit refreshed workflow pins

The recommended fix told operators to run --write and then hand-roll
git add/commit/push — extra steps that were skipped or misordered, and
the release gate then failed a second time on the same check. Add:

- --commit: after writing, git add only .github/workflows (anchored at
  the containing worktree via rev-parse --show-toplevel so --root can
  point anywhere) and commit with the same 'Pin GitHub Actions SHAs'
  message kettle-family uses; implies --write; no-op when nothing changed.
- --push: push the commit; implies --commit.

Git failures are reported through progress messages without flipping
the exit code — the pin files themselves were written successfully.
Dry-run stays the default; the --check report's recommended fix is now
a single copy-paste command: kettle-gha-pins --commit --push --upgrade
<level>, followed by the release resume command.
