[BUGFIX] Do not render tiny sizes as zero (#1647)

`Size::render()` wrote numbers that PHP prints in exponential notation
with `sprintf('%f')`, which keeps only six decimal places. A value such
as `1e-7px` was therefore rendered as `0px`, and `1.23456789e-5px` lost
most of its digits.

A precision argument for `sprintf` is added to allow up to 15 decimal places.
