fix(docs): configure scheduler for Volcano gang scheduling (#4199)

Volcano only schedules Pods whose spec.schedulerName matches its scheduler
name, which is volcano by default. The Volcano guide and example did not set
it, so the Pods were placed by the default scheduler and the PodGroup created
by Trainer had no effect.

Also fix the PodGroup lookup in the example. The PodGroup is named after the
TrainJob and has no labels, so the label selector returned nothing.
