* refactor(cli): use GetCLIClient in auth whoami

Refactor auth whoami subcommand to use cli.GetCLIClient instead of the older cli.GRPCClientWrapRunE wrapper. Add output format validation in PreRunE, generate MockUserServiceClient via mockgen, and introduce golden-file command tests covering table, json, and yaml formats as well as error cases.
