fix(build): declare getpagesize under strict POSIX feature macros

libc_wrappers.h maps gotcha_getpagesize to getpagesize, which glibc does
not declare when the build defines _POSIX_C_SOURCE=200809L. gcc 14 turns
the implicit declaration into an error. This hits projects that pull
GOTCHA in through FetchContent with strict POSIX flags, such as brahma,
on both glibc 2.28 and 2.34.

The symbol is still exported by glibc, so declare it next to the macro.
The declaration matches the glibc prototype and is harmless when the
header already provides it.

CI now builds and runs the unit tests in manylinux_2_28 and
manylinux_2_34 containers (gcc 14), with default flags and with
-D_POSIX_C_SOURCE=200809L.
