refactor(auth): use package:clock for session expiry checks (#1952)

Replaces `DateTime.now()` with `clock.now()` in `supabase_auth` (session
expiry, refresh scheduling, JWKS cache age, JWT expiry helper) and
`supabase_flutter` (app lifecycle pause tracking), so tests can move
time with `withClock` or `fake_async`.

Adds a regression test for `Session.isExpired` under a fixed clock.

Resolves SDK-2135

## Summary by CodeRabbit

* **Bug Fixes**
* Time-based authentication and retry behavior now uses a consistent
time source. This covers token expiry checks, refresh scheduling, retry
delays, and connection handling after the app resumes. Existing expiry
rules and pause-duration thresholds remain unchanged.
