feat: add extra metadata search folders for Modules

Standalone Modules can list more folders to search for projects in
[tool.holoscan], for example extra-search-paths = ["examples"]. The
folders are added to the default folders; HOLOSCAN_CLI_SEARCH_PATH still
replaces the whole list.

Discovery now skips hidden folders such as .git and .venv, Python virtual
environments, and CMake build trees, and lists each metadata.json once
when search folders overlap. Before this, searching "." also listed the
placeholder projects of the CLI's Module template installed in .venv.
