fix(#595): pass $user to the activation and 2FA email views (#596)

With Bonfire's EmailActivator or Email2FA turned on, sending the email
failed with "Undefined variable $user" in Shield's email views.

Cause: those views print $user->username. Shield's own actions pass
'user' => $user, but Bonfire's copies left it out. The existing tests
never caught it because they set up Shield's actions, not Bonfire's.

Both actions now pass $user. The new tests run Bonfire's own actions
and check that the username appears in each email.
