* feat(api): accept WordPress core batch requests on write routes

Opt the seven POST routes into POST /wp-json/batch/v1 (allow_batch v1).
GET routes stay out: core only batches POST, PUT, PATCH and DELETE.

Core builds sub-requests from the batch body, so the client's
Authorization header never reaches them. checkPermission() now falls
back to the outer batch request's credential when a sub-request names
none, and validates the key once per batch instead of running the
Argon2id verify for every sub-request. Scopes and rate limits are still
applied per sub-request; a cached rejection charges the pre-auth
throttle once.

* fix(api): send no-store security headers on batch responses

A batch response carries member records from the write routes inside a
body served under core's /batch/v1 route, so the /integrity/ prefix
check never matched it and it went out without Cache-Control: no-store.
