build: add the go.work.sum entries the OIDC interop module requires

The interop module brings zitadel/oidc into the workspace graph, whose
golang.org/x/text v0.42.0 requires newer x/tools, x/mod and x/sync
go.mod files: record their checksums so that a go command in the
workspace no longer dirties every checkout. Only these additions are
committed, not the go version rewrites of make sync.
