PERF03: Match dynamic routes by chunks with a single regex

Dynamic routes are combined by chunks of about 30 into one regex using a
branch reset group and (*:N) marks, instead of one preg_match() per route.
Memoize(Immutable), µs/call, 10 / 100 / 1,000 routes:
  dynamic, last:  1.37 / 7.22 / 82.7 -> 0.84 / 0.98 / 5.30
  no match:       1.24 / 7.03 / 78.3 -> 0.56 / 0.69 / 4.21

The cold benchmark now uses unique patterns per iteration so PCRE's
regex cache doesn't hide compilation cost.
