feat: Add ARCHIVE and UNARCHIVE DSL commands, byte/duration STD functions, and IS_EXEC (#208)

### Added

- `ARCHIVE [--raw] <src> <dst>` and `UNARCHIVE <src> <dst> [--max-bytes <bytes>]` commands (#182): pack a file or directory into a tarball and unpack one under a destination, with no host `tar` dependency. Archives are gzip-compressed by default and raw tar with `--raw`; `UNARCHIVE` sniffs the magic bytes so no flag is needed. Packing streams one file at a time (O(chunk) memory, O(1) open files) and records Unix source modes in the headers, restoring them on unpack.
- `UNARCHIVE` meters member bytes against a 1 GiB default expansion cap across the whole archive (a decompression bomb trips it instead of filling the disk); `--max-bytes` moves the ceiling, taking bare digits as bytes plus `B`/`KB`/`MB`/`GB`/`TB` decimal and `KIB`/`MIB`/`GIB`/`TIB` binary suffixes in any case, with one optional space before the unit.
- Both commands fail closed on hostile input: symlink sources refuse through a listing probe (canonical resolution would otherwise hide the final link), and unpacking refuses symlink and special members, absolute or escaping paths, and empty or truncated input. Pre-planted links cannot redirect bytes around the destination, in any workspace mode. Hashing stays with `HASH_SHA256`, which reads the finished archive like any other file.
- `STD::FORMAT_BYTE_COUNT` / `STD::PARSE_BYTE_COUNT` and `STD::FORMAT_DURATION` / `STD::PARSE_DURATION` functions: canonical rendering and parsing for byte counts (`500B`, `10KB`, `2MB`, `1GB` decimal, `KIB`/`MIB`/`GIB`/`TIB` binary, any case, bare digits are bytes) and durations (`500ms`, `10s`, `2m`, `1h`, bare digits are seconds) as `STRING`/`INT` values, so scripts can compute `--max-bytes` caps and timeouts instead of spelling literals. One optional space may separate number from unit (`1 GB`, `30 s`). Digit runs group Rust-literal style (`1_000_000`). Each pair round-trips; garbage, zero, negatives, and ... (continued)
