Update documentation for v5 and build docs from net10.0

Switch the Sandcastle documentation sources to the net10.0 builds of
MailKit, MimeKit.Core and MimeKit.Cryptography, and add
MimeKit.Cryptography to the documentation project and solution.

Add availability notes to APIs that only exist on some target
frameworks (e.g. Compress, Telemetry, GSSAPI/Negotiate/NtlmNative
SASL mechanisms, SystemProxy, SslCipherSuitesPolicy) and to the
obsolete SSL algorithm/strength properties that are not available on
.NET 10.0 and later.

Update the Introduction, Getting-Started, S/MIME and OpenPGP topics
for v5 (platforms, package installation and cryptography
initialization), fix example usings and the MimeParser examples, and
list ProxyExamples.cs in the project.

Port the missing IMAP, SMTP and message-parsing entries from FAQ.md
to the FAQ topic, and fix FAQ.md snippets that no longer compiled
(Keywords type, MboxFromFilter, mbox stream, DateTime.ToString
argument order) plus a broken anchor.

Update the README Building section for the .NET 10.0 SDK and
current Visual Studio.
