Adapt validated_integ3 to use QR-precondition (instead of abs_rems!) (#206)

* Add affine_compose (and inline version), and export it and qrprecondition too

* Stylistic fixes in TMSol.jl

* Modify validated_integ3 to use qrprecondition!, and fixes in VectorCacheVI3
