fix(cicero-core): Template#getHash() drops model files under an undefined key (#943)

* fix(cicero-core): use file.name instead of undefined file.namespace in getHash()

ModelManager#getModels() returns objects shaped {name, content}, not
{namespace, content}, so Template#getHash() was keying every model file
under the literal string "undefined", silently collapsing multiple model
files into one hash input. Regenerate the affected fixture hashes now
that the content going into the hash is correct.

* test(cicero-core): assert #getHash fixture has several model files

Makes the multi-model regression intent of the #getHash test explicit, so a
future fixture change can't silently drop coverage of the getHash() fix.
