run pool completion after a worker error, not by chance (#13)

a failing worker cancels the errgroup context, so a surviving worker exited with
context.Canceled and suppressed poolCompleteFn, while the same worker exiting
through the drained channels reported nil and ran it. The scheduler picked, and a
chained pool got its next stage closed about half the time.

the callback is now skipped only when the context passed to Go was cancelled. Its
context takes cancellation, deadline and cause from that context and values from
the worker context, so a peer worker's error cannot cancel a callback already
running. An error returned by the callback is joined to the worker error.

the published v0.9.2 checksums are added to the ten example go.sum files, so an
example copied out of the tree builds once its replace directive is removed.
