Migrate to Plone 6.2

Plone 6.2 / Python 3 buildout (imio.dms.mail plone6 branch and its
dependency checkouts), GitHub Actions on 6.2, Plone 4 dropped. six and
Python 2 code removed, ftw.labels replaced by collective.labels, the
documentviewer and cron4plone settings changes dropped (gone from
imio.dms.mail 4). datesupdater runs again after reindexobject in every
pipeline: since Plone 5.1 the catalog reindex sets the modification date to
now. Tests adapted where Plone 6 behaves differently.
