Migrate to Plone 6.2

Plone 6.2 buildout with the Plone 6 branches of the dependencies,
Plone 4.3 and Python 2 dropped, pkgutil namespaces, safe_text from
plone.base, GitHub Actions and Coveralls on 6.2, README badges.
Next version is 2.0.0.
