* feat(docs): add PostHog analytics for jsonview.svelte.page

Initialize posthog-js from hooks.client.ts using PUBLIC_POSTHOG_* vars
served at runtime by the Cloudflare Worker, route traffic through the
t.svelte.page managed proxy, and allow it in the CSP script-src.

* chore(docs): update Cloudflare worker tooling and regenerate worker types

Bump wrangler 4.125.0 -> 4.148.0 and @cloudflare/workers-types
5.20260821.1 -> 5.20261006.1 (newest versions allowed by
minimumReleaseAge), then regenerate worker-configuration.d.ts via
cf-typegen. adapter-cloudflare stays on 7.2.9 (newest 7.x); 8.x
requires SvelteKit 3.

Point PUBLIC_POSTHOG_HOST and the CSP script-src at the Svelte.page
org's dedicated managed reverse proxy (https://j.svelte.page),
replacing https://t.svelte.page, and regenerate worker types.
