* refactor(docs): route PostHog through t.svelte.page proxy and env config

- Move posthog.init from routes/+layout.ts into hooks.client.ts init(),
  driven by PUBLIC_POSTHOG_PROJECT_TOKEN / PUBLIC_POSTHOG_HOST
- Capture client errors to PostHog alongside Sentry in handleError
- Add vars block to wrangler.jsonc (same Svelte.page project token)
- CSP script-src: replace *.posthog.com with https://t.svelte.page
- Bump posthog-js to ^1.438.1

- @cloudflare/workers-types ^4.20260527.1 -> ^4.20260702.1 (stay on 4.x:
  adapter-cloudflare 7 and @sentry/cloudflare require ^4)
