feat(docs): add PostHog analytics for diff.svelte.page (#221)

* feat(docs): add PostHog analytics for diff.svelte.page

- Initialize posthog-js in hooks.client.ts from PUBLIC_POSTHOG_* dynamic env
  (no-op when unset) and capture client errors via handleError
- Add PUBLIC_POSTHOG_PROJECT_TOKEN / PUBLIC_POSTHOG_HOST to wrangler vars and
  regenerate worker-configuration.d.ts
- Allow https://t.svelte.page in CSP script-src for lazy-loaded extensions
- Deny core-js build script in pnpm allowBuilds (transitive posthog-js dep)

@sveltejs/adapter-cloudflare stays at 7.2.9 (8.0.0 requires @sveltejs/kit 3).

and the CSP script-src allowance; regenerate worker types.

* test(e2e): wait for hydration before editing demo textareas

Filling the bound textareas before hydration left the default diff
rendered, so the rendererClasses test intermittently hit a strict-mode
violation on .diff-remove.
