feat(docs): add PostHog analytics for virtuallist.svelte.page (#452)

* feat(docs): add PostHog analytics for virtuallist.svelte.page

- Initialize posthog-js in hooks.client.ts init() from PUBLIC_POSTHOG_* dynamic env
  (no-op when unset); capture client errors via handleError alongside existing
  console logging and Sentry init
- Add PUBLIC_POSTHOG_PROJECT_TOKEN / PUBLIC_POSTHOG_HOST to wrangler vars and
  worker-configuration.d.ts
- Allow https://t.svelte.page in CSP script-src for lazy-loaded extensions
- Mark core-js build script as not allowed (pulled in by posthog-js)

* chore(docs): update Cloudflare worker tooling and regenerate worker types

- wrangler ^4.125.0 -> ^4.148.0 (latest allowed by minimumReleaseAge)
- @cloudflare/workers-types ^5.20260821.1 -> ^5.20261006.1
- @sveltejs/adapter-cloudflare stays at ^7.2.9 (8.0.0 requires @sveltejs/kit 3)
- Regenerate src/worker-configuration.d.ts via cf-typegen; keep the
  PUBLIC_SENTRY_DSN declaration (sourced from untracked .env)

  managed reverse proxy https://q.svelte.page
