Add Plone 6.2 buildout

Buildout, requirements and GitHub Actions for Plone 6.2 only (6.0/6.1
and the Plone 4 leftovers removed), dependencies on the Plone 6
migration branches (collective.dms.mailcontent plone6-chris-adam,
collective.dms.basecontent Plone61-chris-adam, ...), pkgutil namespaces.
The test layer gets a request and a categories config; createDocument
calls mailcontent's default values with the caller view again.
