Register the text indexer in the test layer, relations broken again

The SearchableText indexer of plone.app.dexterity is registered in the
mailcontent layer, as it wins in an instance (the per-test workaround is
gone). collective.contact.core breaks the relations of a deleted contact
again (Plone 4 behaviour): test_relations_index checks it, and keeps a
dangling relation case for the indexer guard.
