🐛 Delete stale appraisal coverage lockfile before strict coverage run

prepare-release's coverage child runs against gemfiles/coverage.gemfile
with whatever lockfile sits next to it. That lockfile is a gitignored
local artifact that drifts after dependency bumps; a stale pin killed
the coverage bundle with an opaque Bundler::GemNotFound (observed:
kettle-rb 0.1.16 pinned while only 0.1.17 existed). The release-prep
chain never resets per-appraisal lockfiles — LockfileReset's
release-lockfiles target covers only Gemfile.lock and
Appraisal.root.gemfile.lock, and appraisal:reset runs only in
bupb/update-bundler paths, after prepare-release.

coverage_lines now deletes the stale lockfile before the coverage
child, mirroring appraisal:reset scoped to exactly this file, so the
bundle re-resolves fresh from the gemfile.
