PATCH: Fix resume for non-string keys, bare filenames, reprocess shortcut and parallel interrupt

- JsonFileRW: accept bare filenames; stringify keys on write so int keys resume
- Match processed items against their JSON-stringified key
- should_reprocess no longer bypassed by the all-processed shortcut
- Parallel: cancel queued futures on SIGINT/SIGTERM
- Snapshot data before writing; persist on BaseException
- Guard signal install for non-main threads and platforms without SIGHUP
- README quickstart uses JsonFileRW
