Fix the Plone 6.2 leftovers found by the migration checks

SearchableText indexer on Python 3 (str from the html transform),
plone.base utils, download/external edit action icons, versions viewlet
script only with a viewer, no ATCT tool, Python 2 integer division in the
batch provider, v3 upgrade without the removed select2 profile.
