Migrate to Plone 6.2

Allow cron GET calls of @@execute-contact-pipeline (plone.protect aborted the
import), pkgutil namespaces, get_installer from plone.base, 6.2 classifier,
and remove the Directory "Import" action whose view no longer exists.
