fix: Open last selects files whose path contains spaces (#161)

On Windows the Explorer command was passed to Popen as a list, so
subprocess quoted the whole `/select,<path>` argument whenever the path
had a space. Explorer ignores a quoted /select and opens Documents
instead — which hit every OBS recording (`2026-10-10 15-17-50.mp4`).
Pass the command as a string with only the path quoted.

A missing output now opens its folder instead (Windows and macOS); when
the folder is gone too, the failure is logged and nothing is launched.
