test: make var_dump spec tolerate stock and xdebug dump formats (#4)

CI runs `xdebug` in coverage-only mode, where `var_dump()` prints the stock `object(X)#N`
shape, while a local develop-mode `xdebug` prints a `file:line` prefix and class `X#N` instead.
Match both shapes (and strip ANSI colors) rather than the local-only one; the object handle
stays out of the assertion since it is process-dependent.
