feat(firmware): add ArduPilot firmware upgrade workflow

Add embedded and standalone firmware upgrade windows with firmware type and
release selection from the official ArduPilot catalog. Detect the connected
board and filter APJ releases by board ID.

Move catalog fetching, download validation, and upload coordination into a
backend service. Report flash erase and revision 2 readback progress, with
animated progress for bootloader operations that provide no intermediate
updates.

Open the connection selector as a child of the upgrade window so it shares
the Tk interpreter and returns cleanly when dismissed.

Document the upload architecture and user workflow. Add coverage for catalog
filtering, bootloader progress, firmware upload UI, and embedded connection
selection.
