fix: render terminal text in the VtUi's font and background

Bevy text doesn't inherit `TextFont` or `LineHeight`, so the grid's
spans rendered at the default font while q_term sized the grid for the
`VtUi`'s. Copy both onto the grid and its spans, and redraw when either
changes.

Measure character width over 100 spaces instead of one. Bevy rounds a
text node's width up to a whole pixel, so the cursor drifted right by up
to a pixel per column.

Default cell backgrounds are now transparent, so the `VtUi`'s own
background shows through.
