Log the whole tensor analysis only when asked (#1037)

The processor logged `TensorTypeAnalysis.toString()` at INFO on every
run. `ILog` has no level guard, so the string was always built and
written. On OpenNMT-tf that one line already made a 3.3 GB log, and
once the call graph grew past 112k nodes the rendering exceeded the
maximum `String` length and the run died with an `OutOfMemoryError`
after the analysis had finished.

The dump now sits behind `edu.cuny.hunter.hybridize.dumpTensorAnalysis`,
next to `dumpCallGraph`. Nothing emitted changes.
