test: Check token invariants in the fuzz target

Fuzz under six locales instead of only English. After each successful
Tokenize, check that the tokens cover the input at each nesting level,
link to their terminators and back, match Options, stay the same when
appended to a non-empty buffer and give Analyze the right number of
choices, and run Errors.
After an error, check that Pos is within the input.
