Test on Python 3.15 and add its trove classifier (#1766)

## What do these changes do?

Added the GIL and free-threaded CPython 3.15 builds to the `test` matrix
and the 3.15 trove classifier. cibuildwheel already builds cp315 and
cp315t wheels by default since pypa/cibuildwheel#2944, so the wheel jobs
need no change. The Inlining, Benchmark and Hypothesis FT jobs stay on
3.14, since their rules and CodSpeed baselines are tuned there; moving
them is a separate change.

`actions/python-versions` only ships 3.15.0rc3 so far; the matrix runs
that through `allow-prereleases: true` until the final lands.

## Are there changes in behavior for the user?

No, apart from the new classifier.

## Is it a substantial burden for the maintainers to support this?

No.
