Refine AFL subtree population eviction

- Drop the nodes_ vector: it was only used by the destructor and the
  unused select_individual, while erasing evicted nodes from it was
  linear in the pool size and dominated eviction time. The destructor
  now iterates rule_data_, which holds exactly the interned nodes.
- Count distinct trees in the pool: saving a tree that is already
  retained no longer takes another slot.
- Clear the parent pointer of interned nodes, as they are shared between
  parents and the pointer could dangle once a parent is evicted.
- Keep AFLTool unbounded by default (subtree_pool_size = 0) and leave
  the default limit of 1000 to grafl only.
- Reject GRAFL_SUBTREE_POOL_SIZE values with trailing garbage or a sign
  instead of silently accepting or wrapping them.
- Document GRAFL_SUBTREE_POOL_SIZE.
- Rename decrement_entry_refcounts to drop_refcounts.
