chore: rename the app id to org.thebleedingdeacons.intergroup.hand (#68)

Android package and iOS bundle identifier move from com.… to org.…, matching
Link (link#73) and Register (register#63). The csproj ApplicationId is the
only source: Hand's AndroidManifest.xml sets no package.

An install under the old id is a different app and will not upgrade.
Firebase is keyed on the id, so the GOOGLE_SERVICES_JSON secret (and the
plist, when there is one) must be re-downloaded with a client for the new id;
the CI checks now expect it. The hand:// callback scheme is unchanged.
