Tree shake: follow the type arguments inside a type argument (#1411)

* Tree shake: follow the type arguments inside a type argument

Before the generics are specialised, the shake kept the construction and
the type class bindings of a type argument only at its top level. The type
of a type argument is a reference, which the walk does not enter, so given
make<Loader<State>>() it dropped new_State, which the specialised
Loader<State>.load constructs, and the binding of Show<Foo> inside
make<Box<Foo>>(). Lua failed with a dangling reference to the removed
function.
