refactor(#586): collapse ComponentRenderer's two tag paths into one (#593)

Self-closing and paired tags now render through one renderComponent():
locate the view, resolve the optional class, pass attributes (and slot),
render. A missing view always throws, and a regex failure throws instead
of returning an int from a string method.

Behaviour changes (changelog, breaking): self-closing tags now pass their
attributes to a component class, and paired tags no longer swallow
errors, leaving the raw <x-...> tag in the page.

Adds ComponentRenderer tests with fixture components.
