feat!: replace axios with fetch (#416)

Use the native fetch() API for all HTTP requests and drop the axios
dependency. Non-2xx responses now reject with the new exported
ClockodoApiError, which has `status`, `data` and an axios-like
`response` object ({ status, data, headers }).

BREAKING CHANGE: axios has been removed. Errors thrown by the SDK are no
longer AxiosErrors, so `axios.isAxiosError(error)` returns false. HTTP
errors are now instances of `ClockodoApiError`; `error.response.status`,
`error.response.data` and `error.response.headers` still work. Network
failures now reject with the TypeError thrown by fetch().

BREAKING CHANGE: A runtime with a global fetch() implementation is
required (e.g. Node.js 18 or newer).

BREAKING CHANGE: The deprecated `clockodo.use(plugin)` method has been
removed, along with plugin support.
