refactor: Unify Javascript module ecosystem in backend (#5392)

* Changing require to ES import

* Add globals for backend and kyma files to eslint.config

* Removing unnecessary duplicate globals and adjusting Webpack configuration

* Add module type to backend package but keep backend-production as common js
