* WASM: numeric builtins, math_*, min/max and streams (#488); fix lambda return env

Bridge abs, round, real/imag/complex, is_number/is_integer, random_random,
time_time and the math_* functions to the stdlib's TypeScript
implementations through a builtin.call host import, so semantics and error
messages match CSE. Add the math constants and min/max as a Python prelude
(two arguments in chapters 1-2, variadic from chapter 3), the stream
function plus the shared stream prelude for chapters 3-4, and share the
per-chapter groups between the browser evaluators and the CLI. Unsupported
builtins now report 'not supported by the WASM engine' instead of an
undefined name.

Also fix lambdas not restoring the caller's environment on return, which
broke any call to a lambda whose result was used (and so all streams).
