perf(server): fronts write strings and ByteStrings into the shared heap

A front writes a scalar String or ByteString as the Variant bytes the client
sent, which is the encoding the heap keeps: in the value's slot when it fits,
else in a new slot taken at the top of the heap by compare-exchange (the
heap's top and garbage counters are now shared). A full heap, a watched node,
an ExtensionObject, a null or non-UTF-8 string go to the engine as before.
The owner settles other threads' writers before compacting the heap, and its
own reads (ValueStore.get, encodedCopy) now run under the value's seqlock:
since fronts write numbers in place it could read a value half written.
