fix(examples): include the last sample in the segmenter's last segment

getSegmentIntervals ended the last interval at totNrSamples - 1, so every track lost its last sample in all output modes. For bbb_prog_10s.mp4, the segments held 664 of the 666 samples. The last interval now ends at the last sample.

TestAllSamplesInSegments checks the sample count and the media data size of the segments against the input, in the default, -lazy and -m modes.
