Migrate to Plone 6.2

@@faceted_query without global_defines (the faceted results never loaded),
templates without portal_properties and skin images (contact.core resources,
@@iconresolver), JavaScript without Backbone and jQuery Tools: same global
contactfacetednav API, per-contact and create links in Plone modals that
refresh the results, CSRF token on delete_selection, bundle deferred after
faceted.view. collective.js.backbone dropped (its jsregistry.xml is ignored
on Plone 6). pkgutil namespaces, IBundleRegistry from plone.base, the
eea.faceted.navigable behavior, an uninstall profile. Next version is 2.0.0.
