e-stepper: a hovered reference or object is emphasized by its background (#149)

Hovering a reference highlighted it in yellow (the program's badge, and the
object's outline and label in the plugin's own diagram). Like a hovered
frame, and like the host's CSE diagram (frontend#4431), a hovered object now
gets a black background (its circles, its boxes), keeping its outline, and
the badge turns black.
