feat(cli): board list, queries --format json, show --depth (#362)

Adds three read-only listing surfaces so a tool can read a DataTug project as JSON. The first consumer is the Claude Code mod in `datatug/ai-plugin`, which will run `datatug show --format json --depth tables`, `datatug queries --format json` and `datatug board list --format json`.
